The Bibliotheca Alexandrina along with TakingITGlobal have launched phase IV of Youth for Change program on the theme “ICT: Supporting Leaders of the Future” in Algeria, Bahrain, Egypt, Jordan, Lebanon, Mauritania, Morocco, Oman, Saudi Arabia and United Arab Emirates.
If you are a young ICT entrepreneur in one of these countries with a project idea and passion to make your community better and want to be part of a regional network of young ICT talents, then, join phase IV of the Youth for Change program to know more about our mini-grants, project management e-course, and other interesting opportunities!
Youth for Change will be selecting a total number of 30 winners and offering grants of total $50,000
5 First place winners, each will receive $3,000
10 Second place winners, each will receive $2,000
15 Third place winners, each will receive $1,000

Support young ICT entrepreneurs to take action in their communities through building their capacities and supporting the implementation of their proposed projects addressing crucial issues affecting their lives.
Encourage youth to utilize different online community tools and spaces to network, exchange ideas and experiences, to help engage them in the development of their communities.
Identify the most talented among these youth and build a specialized network of passionate ICT talent.
